On the morning of 30 June 2022, at Cẩm Trường Parish, the newly ordained Father Phêrô Nguyễn Công offered a Mass of thanksgiving to God and prayed for his superiors, his ancestors, and his benefactors, relatives and the community.

The newly ordained Father Phêrô Nguyễn Công was ordained by Bishop Anphongsô Nguyễn Hữu Long, Bishop of the Diocese of Vinh. He received the laying on of hands and was ordained to the priesthood on 29 June 2022. From that day he formally entered the ministerial priesthood of Christ.
